While the light is dimmed down very slowly, the body clock relieves the fall asleep and creates the condition for a deep and recreative sleep. A very gentle dimming up of the light simulates the rising sun and supporters a comfortable, gentle wake up. If at the beginning of this gentle waking phase the full illumination brightens the room, there is no fatigue anymore – the body is fit for the day. The acoustical signal which now appears, is not more than a signal for a break-up into a happy day. The integrated snooze function gives an alarm sound as re- minder.

Directly after wake up, while you relax in bed or for example a little later during breakfast the light can be received over the eyes. Therefore the flexible arm of the unit can be placed in that kind, that the bright light falls directly into the eyes. The UV-free LED-light has a high illumination of 2.500 Lux in a distance of approx. 38 cm. When daily used, the wellbeing and the ability can be improved within a few days. The light is safe for eyes and skin.
